Bring your own jump rope or purchase one for $5. Limited number of ropes available to borrow.
Want to know what the sport of jump rope is all about? Come to one of our free workshops to try it for yourself! Coach Ashley will introduce skills in single rope, long rope, and double dutch. All ages and skill levels welcome-- no experience required. Recommended for ages 7 and up. Registration required.

This weekly class is open to all skill levels! Coach Ashley will help students build on skills in individual single rope, long rope, double dutch, and Chinese wheel. Students progress at their own pace and create routines along the way. Discount available for additional members of the same household. Jump rope and t-shirt included!
