Your child will discover the joy of jump rope in a class that's active, creative, and confidence-building. Whether they're brand new to jump rope or already love it, they'll find a place to move, grow, and have fun every step of the way.

Recommended age: 7 and up

(younger students may be accepted on a case-by-case basis)

Students will:

• Learn a variety of jump rope styles:

  • Single rope

  • Long rope

  • Double Dutch

  • Wheel

• Progress at their own pace in a supportive environment

• Build coordination, strength, and rhythm

• Explore freestyle elements and create original routines

• Work individually and as part of a group

• Practice the UPLIFT Values

• Perform in our end-of-season Spring Showcase for family and friends
