REGISTRATION OPEN August 1 to March 31

 

Classes run September through May

• Beginner: 45-minute class

• Intermediate: 1-hour class

• Age 7 through Adult

 

Classes focus on building skills in:​

• Individual single rope

• Long rope

• Double Dutch

• Chinese wheel  

 

Students learn the UPLIFT standards while having fun, developing friendships and being active. Students progress at their own pace and create routines along the way.
